Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources (Sophomore level or higher).
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; eager to learn HR systems.
  • English required; Spanish is a plus.
  • People-oriented, ethical, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR file management and quarterly audits.
  • Post job openings and coordinate candidate interviews.
  • Support pre-employment verifications and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain training systems and help schedule employee development opportunities.
  • Collaborate on HR policy updates and compliance projects.
