Job Responsibilities: POSITION OVERVIEW Assist the HR team with various projects and job tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The intern will assist in various HR job assignments and projects including Payroll & Benefits, Training & Development, and Recruiting. Will also expose the Intern to different elements of HR including recruiting and employee relations/communication. QUALIFICATIONS: • HR related courses EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE • High School Diploma • Currently Attending a College or University SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS: • Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Professional Communication skills (written and verbal) PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT: Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to spend time on the production floor and may be exposed to moving mechanical parts. Requirements
