About The Position

This is an exciting HR Internship opportunity to learn about the key role HR plays in supporting the business through customer service, collaboration, and thoughtful partnerships. As the HR Intern, you’ll gain a strong understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities and projects the HR team supports. The ideal candidate must exercise effective time management, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be driven to learn and contribute to real, meaningful projects.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects supporting various areas of HR
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to research and offer solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Minimum of 3 years of college completed and classes towards a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all aspects of the role
  • Understand deliverables and meet established due dates
  • Show initiative by being proactive, taking prompt action to accomplish projects, and contributing as an active, collaborative member of the team
  • Display a positive attitude toward work, co-workers, team members, management, and firm policies
  • Ask questions when direction is unclear and/or to increase general understanding

Responsibilities

  • Assist with a variety of HR processes and day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Research, design, and develop solutions to assigned projects and tasks related to the HR function
  • Supports the team with ongoing and new HR initiatives and projects
  • Support the annual Summer Intern Program
  • Build relationships with studios and team members at all levels
  • Assist with preparation of HR communications, forms, and documents
  • Help maintain team member personnel files and HR records
  • Support administrative recruiting activities, including coordination and related documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
