HR Intern (Unpaid)
About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions and is ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing a career in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. This is an unpaid internship, but academic credit may be available depending on program requirements. Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Support personnel file organization and record-keeping
- Help maintain HR systems (e.g., BambooHR or similar platforms)
- Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting positions and scheduling interviews
- Support compliance-related tasks and internal audits
- Help draft internal communications and HR documents
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
