Fuller’s Internship Program: You’ll be joining a cohort of talented students from a variety of schools across the U.S. We hire interns in the following positions: Process Engineering, R&D, Strategic Sourcing, Technical Sales, Supply Chain, Product Marketing, Information Technology, and more. The projects we task our interns to lead are impactful and meaningful to our organization. You’ll be supported by your Manager and Mentor to gain in-depth knowledge of the adhesive industry and collaborate with various departments and functions. Location: Vadnais Heights, MN Our Internship Experience includes: 12-week paid program beginning the end of May to mid-August to gain insight and knowledge in your field. Interactive orientation and events with skilled professionals in your field, including managers, directors, and CEO. Multiple networking, volunteer and fun events – both virtual and in-person. Impactful projects that make a difference internally and externally for H.B. Fuller. End of summer final presentation to showcase your career development with support from managers and peers. Position Overview This internship is a hands-on, developmental role designed to support two core areas of HR: Benefits and Talent Operations . The intern will gain exposure to global HR programs, systems, and processes while contributing meaningful analytical, administrative, and project-based work. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive student who is eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and interested in a career in Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Benefits Project Support Benchmark benefits programs through market research and analysis.
  • Support the development of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to evaluate benefits vendors.
  • Assist in managing the RFP process, including vendor coordination and documentation.
  • Review and analyze vendor responses and summarize findings.
  • Create cost–benefit analyses and draft recommendations for leadership.
  • Benefits Administration Support Provide administrative and analytical support to the Global Benefits Team.
  • Assist program managers by researching benefits-related questions, reviewing policies and plan documents, and summarizing findings.
  • Support documentation cleanup and organization related to benefits programs and processes.
  • Early Careers Program Support Support intern and new graduate recruitment activities.
  • Order, organize, and prepare career fair and campus recruiting materials.
  • Research and identify school events and engagement opportunities to strengthen university partnerships.
  • Talent Operations & Systems Support Provide support for HR technology tools and vendors by documenting issues, tracking requests, and validating resolutions.
  • Assist with testing and implementation of system updates, new releases, and process improvements.
  • Support HR and Talent projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and documentation.
  • Provide recruiting operations support, including assistance with candidate sourcing and pipeline activities.
  • Maintain and update Talent-related process documentation and job aids to ensure accuracy and consistency across regions.
  • Analyze recruiting data and metrics to support reporting and dashboard insights.
  • Support vendor management activities, including meeting coordination, note-taking, and documentation of key outcomes.
  • Cross-COE & Administrative Support Support general documentation cleanup and continuous improvement initiatives across HR COEs.
