As a HR Information Systems Administrator at Horizon, you will… Oversee systems architecture and integration across HRIS/HCM and payroll platforms. Manage configuration tools and practices to ensure consistency and reliability. Apply API and UI design principles for custom integrations and user-friendly interfaces. Work within UKG, ADP, Oracle, or Workday HRIS/HCM systems. Implement security protocols and permission structures to safeguard sensitive employee data. Administer UKG Core and UKG Pro Learning modules. Set up and optimize recruiting and onboarding workflows. Support back-end timekeeping processes for UKG UTM/WFM maintenance. Configure and report on LMS for employee training programs. Utilize data mapping and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI). Manage EDI files according to EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML). Coordinate with vendors and manage SLAs to ensure service quality. Troubleshoot and validate data for seamless data exchange. Track contract performance to monitor vendor deliverables.
