The HR Generalist is responsible for performing a wide-range of human resources functions. This includes, hiring, on-boarding & off-boarding, benefits administration, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, claims administration, and serving as the primary point of contact. This person will also support our consulting clients on human resource projects. This may include hiring, policies creation, handbooks, employee matters, etc. There will be ample communication with clients required. This is a hybrid position. Our team is onsite Monday-Thursday and works from home on Fridays.
