HR Generalist - Benefits is responsible for maintaining accurate employee benefit enrollment by monitoring new hire election process; processing elections on the benefit carrier websites and auditing/processing all benefit invoices. Position will field questions from employees regarding the benefit offerings and assist them to make changes to benefit elections during the year. This could include assisting the employees with filing claims. Position will be responsible for assisting with FMLA requests and ACA monitoring.
