Job Overview Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist supports the daily operations of the HR department within a professional law firm environment. This role is responsible for administering HR policies, procedures, and programs, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and maintaining confidentiality. The HR Generalist works closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to support recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
