We’re looking for a high potential HR Generalist with 3+ years of experience who is ready to step into a role with real ownership. As part of a small, collaborative team, you’ll be hands-on across the full HR spectrum, including some Recruiting responsibilities as well. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys building strong foundations, improving processes and growing their scope over time. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of human resources experience in a professional services environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • Experience managing employee benefit plans and programs
  • Experience maintaining HRIS and ATS systems such as Paycor, Paychex, UKG, ADP, Greenhouse, Yello, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you know how to build trust at all levels
  • A proactive, team-first mindset and a passion for solving problems and making things better
  • Resourcefulness
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Ability to travel 15%

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in recruiting (scheduling, event planning, coordinating logistics, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of BGL’s retirement plan and benefits program, including annual enrollment, new enrollments, QLE’s, EDI transfer troubleshooting, audit and maintenance of data and monthly benefit invoices
  • Responsible for data integrity in the HRIS system, Paycor
  • Responsible for pay data reports required by state and federal laws
  • Manage the onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and payroll providing clear and prompt assistance
  • Play a key role in the performance review process including annual and semi-annual reviews and 360s.
  • Help launch Employee Resource Groups
  • Work with campus and lateral recruiting teams to support the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle
  • Coordinate and schedule internal phone, video and in-person interviews
  • Handle candidate logistics leading up to and on day of interviews
  • Manage candidate status, feedback and activity within our recruiting platforms to ensure candidate files remain current in our applicant tracking system
  • Maintain hiring backend processes (i.e. background checks, FINRA form, etc.)
  • Assist with sourcing activities in our recruiting tools, such as our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, Yello, etc.
  • Partner with HR and Recruiting teams to prepare for summer programs, particularly the recent college grad and summer intern programs
  • Take on projects that involve research, deck creation and/or reporting
  • Manage correspondence in Campus Recruiting Inbox
