About The Position

This position supports two sister companies under the same ownership: Dreams of America and MDX Global. The primary focus is Dreams of America, with additional recruiting and onboarding responsibilities for MDX Global retail demonstration staff. Dreams of America Dreams of America is an award-winning community day program in Irvine, California, serving adults with developmental disabilities since 2015. With three locations, 200+ students, a 1:4 staffing ratio, and recognition as Regional Center Spotlight for Best Provider, we are one of Orange County's most trusted day programs. We are growing rapidly toward 275+ students and are building the operational infrastructure to support that growth. MDX Global MDX Global, Inc. is a professional marketing, promotions, and logistics agency founded in 2004. The company works with global brands such as Sebamed skincare and specializes in retail demonstrations at major chains including Costco, CVS, Rite Aid, and Walmart across 17 national regions. This is a hands-on role - you will be in the details every day, moving fast, and delivering results across both organizations. The right person for this role is someone who thrives executing in a busy, mission-driven environment, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and makes their manager's life easier from day one.
