HR Generalist Required Skills/Abilities Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office, excel, PowerPoint or related software. Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 5+ years working as a generalist or related field Demonstrated work experience in a similar role PHR or similar certification. Must be a U.S. person as defined by 22 U.S.C.§ 6010
