About The Position

We are looking for a tenacious HR Generalist to take the wheel of our Recruiting Operations and Total Rewards. This isn't a role for someone who wants to follow a handbook—it’s for a self-motivated builder who wants to coach hiring teams, lead benefits with empathy, and keep our operational engine running in a high-growth, matrixed environment. As our HRG, you will be: The Recruiting Champion: You’ll manage our ATS, own the interview scheduling, and—most importantly—coach our hiring managers and interview teams. You’ll design the scorecards and ensure our interview process is equitable, consistent, and built to land top-tier talent. The Benefits & Total Rewards Specialist: You’ll lead the administration of our health, wellbeing, and retirement plans. We need someone who can handle the technical side (brokers and benchmarking) while leading employee communications with true empathy. You make sure our team feels supported and understood during their most important life moments. The Growth Operator: In our fast-paced environment, you’ll manage our HRIS, ensuring 100% data integrity for payroll, compliance, and reporting. Beyond the data, you’ll design a "wow" onboarding experience and serve as a steady, objective point of contact for employee inquiries as we scale.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, specifically in recruitment operations and benefits administration. SHRM/PHR certification preferred.
  • Process Driven: Experience building interview scorecards and managing end-to-end ATS workflows.
  • Technical Rigor: Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and analytical skills for compensation benchmarking.
  • The "Start-up" Spirit: You are proactive, enthusiastic, and looking for a role that will challenge you to grow into an HR Manager.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: You don’t need a manual for every task. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and excited by a "scale-up" environment where you can build and iterate.
  • A Natural Educator: You love explaining the "why" behind a benefit plan or a hiring scorecard. You make complex info feel simple and accessible.
  • Systems-Minded: You love a clean ATS and a perfectly organized HRIS. You’re detail-oriented and obsessed with data accuracy.
  • Empathetic & Grounded: You bring warmth to every interaction, especially when helping employees navigate their benefits.
