Requirements

Strong knowledge of national HR compliance is a must - multi-state labor laws and regulations (3+ years of HR experience, including multi-state compliance).
Proven experience in HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations).
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

HR certification (PHR/SPHR)
