About The Position

A HR Generalist is a person who provides support to the Director of Human Resources, Physicians, Managers and employees. HR Generalists also manage day to day HR tasks. The primary focus of this position is benefit administration, managing the various types of leave, and overseeing the HRIS and timekeeping systems.

Requirements

  • A HR Generalist typically has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Equivalent experience is also accepted.)
  • Experience in HR
  • Strong focus and benefits and leave administration
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, Paycom)
  • Deep understanding of ACA, FMLA, and COBRA regulations
