Join Our HR Team in the USA At Olon, our HR Department plays a strategic role: we partner end-to-end with our business functions, enabling growth and supporting company goals through impactful HR tools, processes, and people-first strategies. We are looking for a high-energy, talented and motivated professional to join our Human Resources team as HR Generalist for our USA Site in Concord, Ohio. Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or in a related capacity in dynamic, business-driven environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policy, HR operations, and Hris functionality.
  • The ability to leverage analytical and experiential insights for decision-making.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership of assigned duties.
  • Excellent ability to consult, facilitate, and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Strong change management capabilities and passion for driving cultural evolution.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Solid IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
  • SHRM Certification is a plus.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or Chemical industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Site Managers and employees, acting as HR operational advisor with understanding of business needs across Research & Development, Manufacturing and other functions.
  • Support leaders by providing guidance on Compensation, Talent Management & Learning, Hiring & Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and integration principles in full alignment with HQ HR.
  • Support recruitment efforts and performance appraisal activities and coordinate the associated workflows.
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR to understand both current and long-term business strategy, identifying opportunities for HR to create value.
  • Support the implementation of the HR operating model, optimizing organizational structures in line with global standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee and organizational data within the HRIS system.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors on workforce-related initiatives.
  • Administer employee benefits and programs and serve as a resource for employees.
  • Promote and sustain company culture across national and international sites.
  • Organize and coordinate employee and community events and recognition programs.
  • Embody Olon-USA values and serve as a true brand ambassador.
