The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the HR Department including recruitment, onboarding and orientation of new employees. Additionally, this position will be responsible for assisting with benefit administration, enforcing company policies, accident/incident investigations, attendance and other administrative tasks.
