About The Position

HR Generalist is responsible for providing knowledgeable and professional guidance, administers HR functions such as compliance with employment laws and regulations, policies and programs; maintenance of employment records, hiring and staffing; onboarding; data collection and analysis; accurate maintenance of HRIS systems; benefits, and training and development. Priorities Develop an external talent pool, base, LFE interviewing tools readily available to all, hiring managers able to identify and attract top talent, alignment around hiring and staffing process with all parties committed to move quickly to successfully close on hiring of top talent. Continuous communication and reinforcement of company culture. Team Member assessment of culture monitored on regular basis via Sazerac Culture Survey and limited use of Best Places to Work surveys. Tangible results in improvement of culture scores based on survey feedback. An ongoing effort to improve products, services, or processes. These efforts can seek "incremental" improvement over time or "breakthrough" improvement all at once. All are evaluated in the light of their efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility. PDS system design and implementation to include active PDS evaluation for each team member with regular feedback sessions between team member and manager, overall grid rating for each team member, 360 degree feedback program. Identify the #1 Skill to be developed by each team member.

Requirements

  • MUST Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years relevant experience (minimum)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
