Reporting to the Employment Manager, this position will provide human resource expertise, exemplary service and strategic support and consultation to the assigned departments at Radford University. This position will also serve as the primary contact providing guidance, advice and assistance in various human resource functional areas to include employment, benefits, classification, and compensation for faculty, staff, and wage employees. This position requires strong customer service and solutions focused orientation, excellent communication skills, with the ability to support a diverse range of internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
