About The Position

Cyclomedia is a purpose-led organization with a clear mission: to visualize a better world. By combining data and technology, we help cities become safer, more sustainable, and more accessible for people and communities. We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our global HR Operations team, supporting People Operations in the US. This hands-on role focuses on managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring smooth and reliable HR operations. You will support employees and managers, built and maintain effective HR processes, and drive operational excellence across multiple offices. As the people function is being rebuilt, you will help shape our Global People Operations team.

Requirements

  • HR experience with strong exposure to HR administration, payroll preparation, onboarding/offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to design and improve HR processes.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and bring new ideas to improve our Global People Operations Function.
  • Experience working with HR systems (HiBob experience is a plus).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Payroll system (ADP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full employee lifecycle for employees in the US, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Manage and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, offer letters, documentation, and employee records.
  • Prepare and support payroll processes and administer employee benefits in collaboration with relevant partners and providers.
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems, including HiBob, to ensure accurate, up-to-date employee data.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws, company policies, and internal HR standards.
  • Monitor HR data accuracy and maintain reliable reporting and documentation.
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR policies, benefits, and workplace questions.
  • Evaluate and improve HR processes to make them scalable, efficient, and employee-friendly.
  • Collaborate closely with the global Operations and People teams on HR initiatives and operational improvements.
