Position Overview: INNIO is looking to add a HR Generalist to work within our HR team at our Trenton, NJ office. The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting a wide range of human resources functions for assigned business group(s). Key responsibilities include assistance in managing employee relations, supporting performance management processes, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies. This role also involves maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting immigration and audit-related matters, and assisting with timesheets/payroll processing and HR special projects as well as administration support to the site as needed. The HR Generalist contributes to policy development, labor law compliance, and the maintenance of HR systems and documentation. In addition, the HR Generalist manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation for their assigned business groups. This responsibility also includes managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruiting partners to ensure a professional and efficient hiring experience.
