The HR Generalist will provide professional human resources services to employees and managers to ensure consistent application of policies and effective management of the organization's human resources within its business objectives. Under general guidance of the HR Manager, you will provide administration of human resources policies and programs focusing on recruitment, affirmative action, compensation, training and employee relations. Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations.
