Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting, with a focus on hiring for roles in janitorial, landscaping, or facilities maintenance.
• A strong commitment to our mission of providing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for recruiting events and candidate meetings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to adapt to changing environments and handle challenges with ease.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to identify, attract, and hire individuals for janitorial, landscaping, and facilities maintenance roles.
• Travel frequently to various locations to attend job fairs, conduct interviews, and network with potential candidates.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a diverse and inclusive candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates who align with our mission and values.
• Manage onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one.
