About The Position

Banyan Treatment Centers is a national provider of intensive treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Backed by TPG, we're expanding into new markets and building the people infrastructure to match — scalable, modern, and built around a mission that changes lives. We promote from within. Our HR and recruitment leaders were both promoted from inside the organization — because we believe in recognizing performance and building real growth paths for everyone on the team. Expectations are clear and support is always there. Every team member has annual goals we set together, some focused on execution, others on building what's next. We connect weekly to stay aligned, solve problems, and make space for ideas. We show up for each other. HR can be heavy. We deal with real people and real challenges every day. We take that seriously, but we don't carry it alone. There's trust, support, and a lot of laughter along the way. We do the work. Over the past year we've been deeply focused on improving processes and streamlining how we operate. It's made us stronger, faster, and more consistent — and it's given us a solid foundation to build on. We're building something better. We're not here to maintain the status quo. We're building the Banyan Way: how HR shows up, supports the business, and creates an experience people actually feel. That means defining best practices, not just following them and having direct impact on the employee experience and retention of top talent.
