Position Summary: The Human Resources Generalist supports a wide range of Human Resources activities to ensure efficient and accurate HR operations. This role will assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee record management, HRIS system updates, recruitment coordination, and assist in responding to employee and manager inquiries. The HR Generalist plays a key role in maintaining organized processes, delivering timely support, and contributing to a positive employee experience across the organization. The HR Generalist functions as the lead administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS), manages temporary staffing, addresses all employee questions/issues via the HR email inbox, processes status changes in UKG, as well as maintains current labor law posters in the HUB and our branch offices. The salary range for this position will be $63,000 - $80,000, based upon experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • System orientation, ability to learn and use multiple HR systems.
  • Ability to interact with all staff with tact, diplomacy and grace.
  • Good organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong detail orientation.
  • Able to work under pressure of many priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital content development tools.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 + years of HR generalist related experience
