The HR Generalist provides support to a designated business unit to define and execute HR strategies that enable the accomplishment of business objectives. Working closely with your HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the administration of strategies, programs, policies, and processes as well as employee engagement, performance management, and onboarding. The ideal individual will have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, data analysis and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities.
