Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Work experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Korean is required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders across assigned regions to identify workforce needs and support strategic hiring plans, including candidate evaluation and interview process management
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and pre-employment processes (background checks, documentation)
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for staffing agencies, driving performance management, vendor alignment, and continuous improvement of recruiting outcomes
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance, consistency, and positive employee experience, including new hire orientation and exit interviews with actionable insights
  • Review and audit employee timekeeping records to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations, escalating discrepancies as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Safety, Operations) to implement and reinforce workplace safety programs and compliance initiatives
  • Support benefits administration, including employee enrollment guidance and issue resolution in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Act as an HR advisor by responding to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring consistent interpretation and application
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and regional HR initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of HR and business objectives
