About The Position
The HR Generalist at Blue Bird Property, LLC is a strategic position responsible for leading and managing comprehensive HR functions across the organization. As the primary HR contact, this individual oversees recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, benefits, training coordination, and HR operations. The role requires a self-motivated professional with deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a decentralized, multi-site environment. The HR Generalist reports to the CEO and will work in a regular, full-time position.
