You lead our benefit administration, holding new-hire meetings, coordinating enrollment and member benefit changes with vendors, and connecting staff with benefit resources. You are a genius at details, understanding the complexities and organization necessary for compliance reporting and management of programs like EEO-1, COBRA, FMLA, Work Comp and District Drivers. You understand the importance of maximum organization performance and efficiencies. You easily balance the needs of the business, employee and customer. Requirements

You have 3+ years of payroll, HR or recruiting experience.
You have a bachelor's degree.
You have a high degree of emotional intelligence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, adapt flexibly to changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a high-speed environment.
You are tech savvy.
You are computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, online resources and have expert searching capabilities.
