This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and leadership, ensuring HR operations are compliant, efficient, and aligned with federal contracting requirements, including Service Contract Act (SCA) regulations. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in government contracting, SCA compliance, and full-cycle HR operations, along with the ability to support recruiting efforts and partner cross-functionally. This individual must be responsive, solutions-oriented, and able to operate independently with a high level of accountability.
