Summary: The HR Generalist is a mid-level position that provides operational HR expertise to all team members in a busy retail/c-store environment by assisting with the administration of the full team member life cycle to include recruiting, hiring, onboarding, compliance, policy enforcement, performance, engagement, retention and offboarding. The Human Resources Generalist performs administrative tasks and services in support of effective and efficient operations of the Toot’n Totum Human Resources Department. This position also serves as a resource and advocate to all applicants, candidates and team members in the assigned client group for HR & employee-related questions.
