About The Position

Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJ’s relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client’s needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.

A company is seeking an HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibility and high visibility across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience
• 3–5 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Support employee relations, performance management, and investigations
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws
• Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives
• Support employee development and engagement programs
