The HR Generalist is a mid-level, exempt professional reporting to the director of HR, responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support across multiple functional areas, including recruitment, employee relations, leave administration, training, and compliance. This role exercises sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive employee matters and advising leaders on HR practices. As a member of a small, collaborative HR team, the HR Generalist plays a hands-on role in supporting employees and leaders while ensuring consistent application of policies and compliance with employment laws. This is a Hybrid Position in our Raleigh, NC office
