Manager Support Advise managers on performance issues, policy interpretation, and employee matters Support corrective actions and documentation with a fair, compliant approach Help leaders apply HR practices consistently across teams 4. Compliance & Risk Control Apply U.S. federal and state employment laws in daily HR decisions Maintain audit-ready documentation and policy adherence Flag potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions 5. Talent & Workforce Support Support hiring processes and smooth onboarding transitions Contribute to retention, engagement, and workforce planning initiatives Assist with performance review cycles and development programs What Success Looks Like Employees trust HR and receive timely, accurate support Managers rely on HR for clear, compliant guidance HR records are clean, current, and audit-ready Issues are resolved proactively, not reactively HR processes scale smoothly in a remote environment
