Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 5+ years working as a generalist or related field Demonstrated work experience in a similar role PHR or similar certification. Must be a U.S. person as defined by 22 U.S.C.§ 6010
