To strengthen our team at MM Packaging, we are looking for a motivated HR Generalist (m/f/d) with a strong passion for recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent within our manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • You have a minimum of 2–4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • You have experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee training processes.
  • You have experience working with HR systems and applicant tracking systems.
  • You have a working understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • You will support the Human Resources function for the facility by assisting with recruiting, employee onboarding, training coordination, and general HR administration while supporting a positive and compliant workplace environment.
  • You will lead recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and pre-employment processes.
  • You will coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation while ensuring all required employment documentation is completed and maintained.
  • You will support employee training initiatives by coordinating training schedules, maintaining training records, and assisting leaders with structured training plans for new employees.
  • You will maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting, personnel documentation, and HR system data management.
  • You will serve as a resource for employees and supervisors regarding HR policies, procedures, and general HR questions.
  • You will support employee relations activities by assisting managers with employee concerns, investigations, and workplace issues when needed.
  • You will assist with benefits administration and employee communications related to HR programs.
  • You will help ensure compliance with company policies as well as federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • You will support plant leadership with workforce planning, staffing needs, and HR initiatives that support operational goals.
