Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources is required
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
- Confidence in decision-making with a balanced, fair approach
- Experience handling employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to both give and receive constructive feedback
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, etc.)
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or a related industry
- Experience in a growing or fast-paced environment
