We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable HR Generalist / Training Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our HR function across all eight centers. In this role, you will work closely with our Employee Relations Manager to keep our HR infrastructure running smoothly while serving as a friendly, trusted resource for our teachers and staff. You'll spend time both behind the scenes, owning the administrative backbone of leave administration, employee records, and training compliance, and in our centers, building relationships with staff, supporting culture initiatives, and being a visible, approachable face of HR. This is an ideal role for someone with an early childhood or education background who wants to grow into a broader HR career while staying close to the classrooms and teachers that make our organization special.
