POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Support Center Generalist will provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs. They will take calls and tickets from candidates, current and former outfitters, field HR staff, and HR business partners. They will assess needs and provide outfitters and managers with solutions to any concerns and answers to questions. This position manages HR processes and compliance, serves as a subject matter expert and drives employer relationships internally and externally. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Administers guidance on HR programs and answers questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems. Evaluates effectiveness and efficiency of programs and make recommendations for enhancements. Partners with HR business partners or business unit stakeholders to assess HR-related needs for individual outfitters as needed. Creates and delivers information to meet customer needs through effective communication and relationships. Serves as a resource subject matter expert for all HR processes, systems, and compliance regulations. Identifies and executes process improvements. Partners with managers and HR business partners to resolve outfitter relations issues or concerns as needed. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
