Job description We are searching for an experienced HR Generalist able to manage all aspects of the client account relationship: HR / employee relations / compliance / payroll / benefits / recruitment & onboarding / training & development / etc. Additionally, candidates must be able to manage multiple client activities to create and develop strong business relationships, retain clients, ensure quality service, and build revenue. Responsible for both ASO and PEO clients. General Information The HR Generalist / Account Manager position is a salaried, exempt, full-time and benefits eligible role. This position is remote or a combination of remote/office-based if you reside in greater Washington, D.C.
