As the HR Generalist & Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions in a manner consistent with start-up environments, talent management, and organizational development to support IG’s continued growth and success. Collaborating with the leadership team, you will design and implement strategic HR initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent, while fostering a culture of inclusivity and continuous learning. You’ll support our internal accountant and assist with general admin tasks as needed. You will be responsible for managing the small office and support all the remote and local employees wherever needed. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with confidential information and have a "happy to jump in and help where needed" work ethic.
