This role is an on‑site position based at our Union Grove, Wisconsin location, five days per week. While the role is primarily on‑site, we offer some flexibility to accommodate occasional scheduling needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The HR Generalist II position will be primarily responsible for supporting the production operations client group, as well as contributing to and executing local and Corporate HR practices and initiatives that will achieve overall business goals in a broad array of HR functions leading hourly: staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, and safety. Supporting HRIS, leaves of absence, payroll, benefits, and other general administration. The position is broad in scope and the successful incumbent will be energized in a hands-on role that is highly productive and able to handle a variety of tasks. A customer-centric mindset with the objective of providing excellent customer experience is vital. Integrity, neutrality, and trust, along with HR knowledge and expertise are essential for credibility.
