North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations, workforce compliance, and HRIS processes across the organization. This role plays a key part in maintaining workforce data integrity, regulatory compliance, and efficient HR processes for the hospital and affiliated clinics. The HR Generalist works closely with HR leadership and internal partners to manage employee lifecycle transactions, maintain workforce compliance documentation, support compensation administration, and assist with HR system management. This position is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals interested in developing expertise in HR operations, workforce compliance, and HR systems within a healthcare environment.
