The HR Compliance Specialist position is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include: The HR Compliance Specialist position is responsible for developing and implementing a records management program that ensures Hope Network is complying with the legal and regulatory compliance requirements for contracts, funders, licensing regulations and laws. Additionally, this position performs all necessary internal audits, provides information for external audits, and performs research regarding regulatory and legal changes to laws and contract and makes recommendations when necessary.
