About The Position
The HR Generalist - Employee Engagement is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment across the healthcare organization. This role supports employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational culture through initiatives that align with the mission and values of the healthcare system.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with employee engagement tools and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of healthcare HR compliance and best practices
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years experience
