Assists with the daily functions within the Human Resources Department that assures that office duties, activities & projects are completed in a timely manner. These duties relate to clerical, secretarial, data entry, report writing, filing, and all training of newly hired and current staff. Promotes a positive office environment by providing support services to employees throughout Valley. Position is an integral part of the Organizational Development and HR Department tasked with handling training compliance and efficiency of processes throughout the agency.
