Our Potential Opportunity INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Performance Management Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of talent, employee engagement, and organizational growth across industries. You will support the Performance Management Lead in the execution and continuous improvement of Talent Management and Performance Management processes, contributing to a strong talent pipeline and high employee engagement. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) having maximum 3 years of experience in Performance Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of performance management systems, tools, and review cycles.
  • Ability to create process mock-ups, flowcharts, or prototypes to support new or revised performance management initiatives.
  • Strong written communication skills for developing employee-facing communications and internal announcements.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills to support project management activities, stakeholder follow-ups, and operational tasks.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of performance management systems, tools, and processes.
  • Coordinate annual and mid-cycle performance review cycles, ensuring timely completion, tracking, and process adherence.
  • Analyze performance and talent data; develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track company-wide talent and performance metrics enabling data-driven insights.
  • Create and enhance performance management documentation, guidelines, SOPs, and FAQs.
  • Create mock-ups and prototypes for new or revised performance management processes to support design, validation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop and manage employee-facing communications for performance management and talent management initiatives.
  • Support in designing executive presentations and decks on new performance, behavioral, and development frameworks.
  • Provide project management and operational support to the Performance Management Lead.
  • Support stakeholder coordination and follow-ups as required.
