This temporary position is expected to last around six months and will be fully on-site. The HR Engagement Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition team within the Human Resources department in a variety of functions that provides support for both prospective candidates as well as new hire employees throughout the entire onboarding process. The main goal of this position is providing an exceptional “red carpet” experience for new employees to enhance their overall level of engagement and improve the retention of new talent.
