Department: 640 Corporate Human Resource Job Summary: The HR Employee Experience Analyst is responsible for analyzing employee feedback, engagement and workforce analytics to provide meaningful, data-driven insights to management, with the goal of improving the employee experience across the organization. This role also supports employee experience initiatives by creating engaging internal content, including presentations and videos, to effectively communicate programs, initiatives, and company culture. Review multiple input sources for employee feedback such as survey responses, complaints and areas of opportunity for trends and strategy-based recommendations Collect, study, and draw accurate conclusions from multiple data sources; ability to identify errors and/or inconsistencies in data. Collect and make meaningful correlation to scores from unstructured feedback (survey verbatim comments). Create monthly and quarterly reports to update executive management on employee satisfaction, trends, and emerging issues. Develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with peers and business partners to understand business objectives and strategy. Analyze employee experience dashboard data to deliver clear insights and evidence-based recommendations to the executive team that enhance the overall employee experience. Plan, launch, and manage employee engagement and experience surveys, including survey setup, communication, data analysis, and reporting of results and actionable insights to management. Ensure understanding of employee relations strategy, objectives and needs. Serve as an escalation point for issues identified though employee feedback. Leverage content creation and multimedia platforms such as Canva, Camtasia, and Clipchamp to produce high‑quality presentations, reports, and training materials . Design and facilitate engaging Employee Experience Committee presentations to drive discussion, alignment and progress on key initiatives. Partner in the planning, communicating, reporting and execution of employee recognition programs, including Employee of the Month, Gotcha Program, service anniversaries, and promotional milestones. Maintain awareness of evolving media creation tools to support innovative and enhance content quality and delivery. Design and oversee the Company Career Map program to identify internal talent for future leadership and growth opportunities. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings related to employee experience initiatives, including scheduling, agenda development, preparation of materials, documentation of key takeaways, and follow‑up on action items Plan and deliver Policy Spotlight communications that highlight employee handbook topics and key policies, supporting employee understanding, compliance, and a positive employee experience. Requirements

  • Ability to analyze employee feedback, engagement, and attrition data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights
  • Experience designing, administering, and analyzing employee engagement and experience surveys
  • Strong data interpretation skills, including synthesis of structured and unstructured feedback
  • Experience preparing executive‑level reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to support engagement, recognition, and career development initiatives
  • Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and influence leadership decision‑making
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to develop clear internal communications related to employee initiatives and policy awareness
  • Project coordination skills, including managing timelines, meetings, and follow‑up actions
  • Ability to handle and escalate sensitive employee data and feedback with discretion and sound judgment
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Forms)
  • Proficient with content creation applications such as Canva, Camtasia, and Clipchamp
