The HR Director is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of Human Resources across all programs, with a strong emphasis on benefits administration, leave management, ADA/FEHA accommodations, and ACA compliance and reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic HR professional who can manage complex HR programs while ensuring compliance with California labor laws, federal regulations, and healthcare accreditation standards. The HR Director reports directly to the Senior HR Director and serves as a key operational leader within the HR function.
